JimShew : Mike, The current guess as to what went wrong (causing the video glitches) was a background task kicking in on Maceart's computer while he was encoding. (The pixelization errors were absent from both the raw, and my test encode.) The "final QC" happens before Mace muxes the subs into place, so wouldn't have caught those video problems.
