Here's a better idea: Ask some of the American distributers their opinion on Bandai Visual's upcoming True Tears and Shigofumi releases. Sure, the DVDs are being released at or near the same time as in Japan, but Bandai is only releasing two episodes per disc and charging Japanese prices for them -- $20 per episode! I'd really like to know if the other companies see this move as beneficial to the industry, or if they believe (as I do) that it will just encourage illegal downloading and bootlegging of properties after North American licensing. Either way, have fun at the con!
